Mt. Qingcheng is one of the birthplaces of Taoism, China’s only indigenous religion, and it is still a religious centre sprinkled with caves and shrines venerated by Taoists. It is famous for its lush vegetation, green trees, streams and waterfalls, peaks and ridges, blossoms and birds.

Qingfeng Relaxation Center

Located approximately 80 km from Chengdu in the Qingcheng outer mountains, Qingfeng Relaxation Centre is an ideal place to go for rest, relaxation and personal enrichment. The center provides the perfect surroundings for physical, mental and spiritual recharge. Day 1 (Friday)

Evening

• Depart Chengdu bound for Mt. Qingcheng.
• Arrive at Qingfeng Relaxation Centre after 90 minutes. Check in and rest for the night.

Day 2 (Saturday)

Early Morning

• Awake from a restful night’s sleep and experience the refreshing nature of early morning Taichi as taught by local masters.
• Recharge after you taichi workout with a hearty breakfast.
• Head out for mounting climbing or stay in for basic yoga lessons.

Midday/Afternoon

• Lunch followed by an afternoon nap (if needed)
• After an invigorating morning enrich your mind with one of our classes on Taoism for Good Health, Insightful Living, Chinese Culture, Buddhism, and etc. The lecturers are all experts among these areas.
• Afternoon Tea/Coffee

Evening

• Dinner. All the ingredients are supplied by the local farmers and make for a fresh and tasty meal.
• Evening activity

Day 3 (Sunday)

Morning

• Once again partake in refreshing early morning Taichi practice as taught by local masters.
• Recharge with a hearty breakfast.
• Head out for more mounting climbing or stay in for round two of yoga lessons.

Midday/Afternoon

• Lunch followed by an afternoon nap (if needed)

Afternoon

• After a weekend of relaxation and pleasure, return to real life in Chengdu with full of energy.
